Our history
Francis Yang founded Dynamic Residential in 2014, selling Melbourne properties to offshore buyers, and then going beyond this with property management services. This allowed our overseas owners to rest easy knowing their new property was in safe hands.
A year later, our local sales team was born, bringing our same expertise and tailored approach to developers. Our streamlined service was popular with developers who benefited from the ease of working with one agency.
Our next step was to create an owners corporation division to service the ongoing life of residential buildings.
Today, our collaborative approach to property services enables us to offer multi-faceted solutions for buyers, developers, residents, rental providers and renters alike, all in one place.
