Leigh is a fully licensed Estate Agent, with a mentoring philosophy to personally guide, direct and inspire.

With over a decade of experience in Real Estate, Leigh has been a key driver in the development and implementation of innovative systems, new technologies and leading training mechanisms. His skills are backed by a Bachelor of Commerce (Property & Marketing) and Graduate Diploma in Project Management.

An accomplished strategic planner, and two time finalist in the Australian Real Estate Business Awards (REB), he is skilled in Project and Change Management and driven by a genuine passion for the industry and its accompanying opportunities for continued improvement.

He likes to balance a strong work ethic with an equal regard for good physical health through daily gym workouts and regular games of fetch with his dog.

Francis Yang

Francis is a natural entrepreneur always looking for new solutions.

Francis has more than a decade of experience working for large property companies. He was Residential Channel Sales General Manager for a global real estate agency in Melbourne when he saw an opportunity to build a team of property professionals who could provide a tailored approach to clients. This led to the creation of Dynamic Residential.

Francis lives and breathes property. He takes a hands-on approach to working with his team and always makes sure they are motivated, focused and having fun. He works around the clock and believes in doing everything he can to deliver the right advice.

Jeremy Phey

Head of Growth – Property Management

Jeremy strategises with property investors and industry professionals to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.

Commencing his Real Estate career in 2004, Jeremy has worked alongside thousands of property investors to achieve the best outcomes possible in the market. Dedicated to providing a high level of client care and customer service, he aims to continue building strong, trusting relationships with his clients.

An expert in establishing new relationships and increasing opportunities for existing clients, he works closely with the Property Management team to implement a combination of strategic analysis, effective marketing and sales strategy to create competitive services for our clients.

Bringing honesty and integrity to the role, Jeremy takes pride in equipping the next wave of BDMs for success.

Liz Fonseka

Chief Operations Officer

Liz focuses on the big picture as well as the details of various operational aspects of the company.

She has a hands-on approach, ensuring a thriving and vibrant organisation that exceeds the expectations of its stakeholders.

With about 20 years of experience in the property industry with major focus on Australia real estate, Liz was instrumental in the expansion of a single agency to have footprints in multiple countries. With a diversity of experience having been in various roles and capacities from sales up to senior management, Liz’s passion is in people and property.

Johnny Lak

Operations Manager

Johnny Lak is an experienced Operations Manager fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and Cantonese. He excels in coordinating between the Malaysia team and the Australian HQ to align goals and strategies across Sales, Rental, and Short Stay operations.

Johnny is adept at identifying and implementing process improvements within operations and provides exceptional back-end support to the Australian office. He also assists with billing, invoicing, and payment operations while supporting Sales, Rental, and Short Stay activities. 

Outside of work, Johnny loves traveling with his family to explore new places, meditating, and planting and caring for durian and other fruit trees. 

Christine Crawford

Marketing Manager

Christine coordinates marketing campaigns of all sizes and budgets.

Christine’s ability to plan, execute, analyse and optimise marketing campaigns has resulted in the success of many residential developments. She has a hands-on approach to overseeing campaigns, preparing properties and Display Suites, maintaining on-line listings, assisting in the design of advertisements and the creation of articles. Having a love of statistics as well as the creative side to marketing, means Christine dives deep into the analysis of in-coming leads to fully understand their value.

Commencing with Dynamic Residential in 2017, Christine has worked in the real estate industry since 2012, working across project and established sales, in Australia and the UK.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts from The University of Melbourne.

Tina Wang

Associate Director

Tina is connected to a strong network of agents and developers.

In the role of Associate Director, Tina works with network agents locally in Melbourne. This involves professionally and clearly communicating the concept behind each development, which results in agents having more confidence to sell their projects locally and overseas.

Parish OHara

Marketing Coordinator

Parish manages the marketing campaigns for Dynamic's residential projects.

Parish has a wealth of experience in the Property and Construction sectors, working across the marketing campaigns of established sales, before moving into Project Marketing. Parish manages the sales and marketing campaigns for all our developments and assists with the marketing across all other divisions within Dynamic Residential. Parish holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing.

Audrey Tan

Senior Property Manager

Audrey created the Property Management division from the ground up.

Audrey Tan has been with Dynamic Residential from the very beginning and worked to create the Property Management division. She remains the Head of the division, overseeing the day to day business and taking a hands on approach with the team.

Nina Sidari

Extensive industry experience and specialised knowledge has positioned Nina to provide a stellar service to her clients, always aiming to achieve positive outcomes for both her Rental Providers and Renters alike.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge around the Residential Tenancies Act, Nina ensures that positive outcomes are secured for both Rental Providers and Renters. Coupled with a Diploma in Business Management, Nina’s extensive experience and knowledge makes her a great asset to her clients time and again.

With unrivalled organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail, Nina is well-researched and positioned to get the best financial result for Rental Providers whilst also matching tenants with suitable homes. Her dedication to her clients and commitment to constant improvement are top priorities.

Passionate about training and development, Nina consistently supports the Property Management team at Dynamic Residential to fine-tune their industry skills and grow professionally. Possessing a friendly demeaner and a knack for clear communication, Nina consistently builds strong relationships both within Dynamic and with her clients.

Shirley Cheung

Kritesh specializes in residential property management, drawing from his experience inspecting over 500 properties across New Zealand and Australia. He genuinely aims to understand clients’ backgrounds and specific needs. Kritesh is adept at conflict resolution, effectively addressing issues between landlords and tenants. His keen eye identifies potential problems and offers practical solutions.

With two years of experience in property compliance, focusing on Healthy Homes Assessments, Kritesh ensures well-maintained rented properties. He also handles the financial aspects of lease agreements, ensuring property owners receive timely rent payments. Acting as a mediator, he fosters healthy relationships between landlords and tenants.

Having finished a highly successful year of Year 12, Alex joins us as a Leasing Consultant, opening properties for inspections and following up clients. His professional and friendly manner is beyond his years and we are lucky to have such excellent, young talent on our team.

Sonita is a dedicated Receptionist who brings a strong educational background and a passion for customer service to her role.

After graduating from Year 12 in 2021, she earned her Certificate II in Business in 2022, followed by her Certificate III in Business in 2023. Currently, Sonita is pursuing her Agents Representative Certificate with Entry Education, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and her interest in a future career in sales or property management. 

Fluent in English, Chaldean, and Assyrian, Sonita effectively communicates with a diverse range of clients. Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer with her sisters, road trips, and traveling. Sonita’s enthusiasm for learning and her love for new experiences make her a vibrant and approachable member of the team.
