We understand it’s not always easy to monitor an investment property if you live far away.

We’ll conduct a thorough inspection of your property twice a year to check for maintenance issues to prevent future urgent repairs. We’ll also check for items that need replacing due to wear and tear or have gone missing. This is in addition to ad-hoc visits to ensure everything is as it should be and the cleaning team reporting back any issues after each guest.
