Fantastic news – construction is now in full swing at Waverley Village. With civil and site works now complete, the builders are currently in the process of laying the foundational concrete slabs for your new home. The builders will then move onto the framing process. More news to follow in the coming months.

We are so excited to announce that Friday November 26 marked the ground-breaking ceremony at Waverley Village.
The day was marked by speeches from the developer Monolith Projects, architects Cera Stribley, civil engineers INTRAX & newly appointed builders CKON.
To officially launch Waverley Village, the ground was broken at 2pm with ceremonial golden shovels by the consulting team who all helped bring this incredible project to fruition. We are looking forward to official construction works that are set to start next year by builders.
