Fantastic news! We are excited to announce that on-site construction has been progressing very well at The Summit.
With major site works on the externals completed, construction is well underway on the building’s internals with the following update provided by the builder, Construction Engineering:
Level 10 – 14: Internals completed with first apartment clean in progress
Level 15: Final interior painting in progress
Level 16: Skirting & joinery installation in progress. Timber flooring now complete.
Level 17: Service & hardware fit out underway. Timber flooring works are in progress.
We forecast that construction will continue on schedule, with settlements projected to occur around February 2023.
