The Grove Construction Progress

1-5 Olive York Way, Brunswick West

 

The Grove is well advanced and nearing completion. The building structure has now been completed, and we are currently peeling back the scaffolding showcasing the beautiful simple architectural elements of the building. Internally, all the contractors are working cohesively to deliver the project to the highest standard in a timely and orderly manner. Kitchens, bathrooms, plastering and tiling are a work in progress, as well as all the wonderful shared spaces including the green gardens, gymnasium, spa and the multitude of entertainment zones.

Moving forward, we will provide you with some helpful hints to guide you through the settlement process.

Our team have a dedicated contact person as the point of contact for all matters relating to the settlement.

We will advise of settlement timing, assist with finance enquiries, as well as conduct bank valuation and purchaser inspections.

In relation to the programme, the status is as follows:

Due to the size and scale of the earthworks programme, The Grove is a couple of months behind program.
We have now completed all the excavation and retention works for the triple basement. It’s been a slow journey with the 12,000m2 basement. We are now in the transition phase with the basement contractor handing over to the structural contractor. We are expecting the ground floor slab to be completed by Easter.
