We are excited to update you on the progress of The Belmont Collection.
Our Civil Contractor, Montdami Constructions, and Builder, SAW Constructions, have progressed well at McKimmies Road during November and December.
Internal civil works have been completed, and Montdami was awarded Practical Completion early December. A very big Kudos to Montdami who has been a pleasure to work together with.
The final component of the civil works relates to the widening of the McKimmies Road including line marking, Council footpaths and Authority connections.
Excitingly, SAW now has access and possession of the whole site.
Timber framing is currently 90% complete in Stage 5 and window installation has commenced. This has allowed bricklayers to start laying bricks to garages on ground floor of lots 43-53. Services rough-in is scheduled to start in January 2024 which will be worked on in parallel with external lock-up and cladding.
Concrete slabs were finished in Stage 4, allowing for carpentry framing to commence which is 40% complete and is expected to be finished by end of January 2024.
The Stage 3 dwellings to the north east have had concrete slabs also completed. Timber framing has commenced which is 40% complete and is expected to be finished by end of January 2024.
Earthworks in Stage 2 including bored piers, drainage and electrical in-ground works are nearing completion and being followed by concrete slabs which are 25% complete.
We can also re-affirm project completion dates as follows for each stage:
Stage 5: September / October 2024
Stage 4: September / October 2024
Stage 3: November / December 2024
Stage 2: January / February 2025
Stage 1: February / March 2025
