Here at Dynamic Residential, we are greatly committed to the health and well-being of our team, clients, partners and residents. So we have made a few changes to the way we work, to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
Majority of our staff are now working remotely from home. We have always had the capacity to work remotely, having worked from Display Suites, buildings we manage, properties we are selling and at international exhibitions. Hence, working from our homes has been a quick and easy transition and you shouldn’t see any changes to our effectiveness.
How we contact you and how you can contact us remains the same. All phone numbers and email addresses are still valid.
Our Dynamic Residential office in Abbotsford and our on-site Display Suites remain open for pre-arranged appointments. We ask that you call ahead before attending any of our offices. Only one person should attend if a face-to-face meeting is arranged. We ask that anyone who has entered Australia in the last 14 days or is showing any signs of being unwell follows quarantining guidelines and does not visit our office.
We are working within the guidelines of the Victorian and Australian Governments and implementing processes to continue to best serve you.
We are also proactively following the advice from the Department of Health and have established policies and procedures internally to ensure the wellbeing of our team whilst maintaining our highest service proposition to our clients.
