We are still on cloud nine after winning our first property award, taking out the title of Property Management Business Of The Year (6 or Less Property Managers) at last week’s 2023 REB Awards.

To say it was a surprise was an understatement. Preferring to spend more of our time creating a better real estate experience for our clients rather than being in the spotlight, our recognition has made us all feel so proud of our hard work and customer-first approach.

The REB Awards, now in its eleventh year, identifies Australian real estate’s top businesses and professionals. It’s the benchmark for excellence and attracts all the big industry players, and sometimes, the boutique firms doing great things and shaking up the industry, like the DR team.

That we are facilitating the change we want to see in the property management experience for vendors, renters, rental providers, and suppliers is humbling and forms the strategy for our success.
