We are excited to announce that site construction has been progressing very well at Victoria Tower.
Despite the most recent Covid-19 lockdown in Victoria, we can advise based on the current construction performance, completion is still on-track with no delays expected… great news!
With major site works on the externals nearing completion, construction is well underway on the building’s internals. Subsequently, landscaping will commence in August/September.
We forecast that construction is due for completion in September/October, with settlements occurring soon thereafter.
