The building structural core on track for completion before Christmas 2019.
The internal fit out of apartments is on track for completion to level 20 by the end of this year and all structural floors will be complete by the end of January. This means the tower crane will come down shortly thereafter, in February 2020.
Permanent power and water supply are already connected to the building.
The building program is on track for completion in Q2 2020, with settlement of apartments to occur thereafter.
Please note that the above anticipated timing is subject to favourable conditions and/or unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide you with regular construction updates leading up to settlement.
