Hard hats are on, earth is moving and excitement is in the air. Simply put, construction of Parkview Apartments is officially underway!
Crema Constructions are full steam ahead, turning our plot of land into your future home. But before they build up, they’ve got to dig down. The coming months will be spent diligently excavating the basement – it’s literally the ground-breaking work on what’s set to be Melbourne’s most ground-breaking suburb.
All of this is cause for celebration as we move closer to that much-anticipated settlement day.

Crema Constructions has been appointed as the builder for YarraBend’s Parkview Apartments. Having built iconic buildings in Melbourne for the last 65 years, with Crema – your new home couldn’t be in safer hands. We are excited to confirm that construction is set to commence in June 2019.
