Settlement Timeline and Requirements
1. Finance Preparation
- Is your loan formally approved yet? Formal approval will be given after valuation is conducted and the bank accepts the valuation price by the valuer
- Have you prepared the balance of your settlement funds yet? You will need to have this ready as soon as possible.

If you foresee that you may encounter settlement difficulties, contact us immediately
Valuation access is now complete.
3. pre-settlement inspection
Pre-Settlement Inspections (PSI) are now complete.
Inspection Reports will be sent via email to owners within 3-5 days after the inspection
We are moving closer to reaching settlement! Please find milestones and status below:
- Occupancy Permit – Issued
- Lodgement of Plan at Land Use Victoria – Expected around the 2nd week of April
- Registration of Plan – Expected around 3rd – 4th week of April
- Settlement Within 14 days from Registration of PlanS – Expected end of April / early May
The timeline to register the plan is within the control of the associated government authorities but rest assured that the Vendor and the project team are working very closely with the authorities to reach the settlement date as soon as possible.
Please be reminded that you can only book in your move in date via MIMOR after your solicitor notifies you of your settlement date.
Once settlement has taken place, the settlement pack and keys can be collected from Dynamic Residential head office

If you are unable to collect your keys on the settlement date, please email / call us for alternative time.
If you are nominating a third party to collect your keys and settlement pack, please sign and return the Key Collection form to email@example.com prior to settlement. Photo I.D will be required for collection and keys will only be handed out to persons authorised by the purchaser prior to settlement.
